Hot off our design board is a fun scale 3-D printable Pitts Special!  This project will make a fantastic gift for any aviation buff or hobbyist out there.
 
Designed by Curtis Pitts in 1944  The Pitts "Special" has been a beloved airplane among aviation performers and enthusiast alike.  Famed aviator Charlie Hillard first piloted this beautiful craft to victory in the World Aerobatic Championship of 1972.  In fact is was used by the entire US Aerobatic team that year.  
 
Now this fun scale version of the "Little Stinker" can be Printed by you!  This plane has been completely redesigned from the ground up to be optimized for 3D printing using lightweight PLA printer filament.  Included in this package is full STL files for printing each of the assemblies in a standard format 3d printer.  Dimensions of this airplane are 24" wingspan.  It was designed for use with a 400 w brushless motor and ESC along with a 4S battery for spectacular performance.
