This part takes quite a bit of stress!  If you don't want to tackle printing the pitch adjuster on your own in carbon fiber, you can give it a shot with a lesser material and it might work.  Actually we don't know because we didn't want to lose our boat in the middle of the lake.  Don't skimp.  If you can't tackle this job order this one from us complete with stainless hardware and brass heat set threaded inserts already installed.
